Hi
Wonders truly will never cease......
This is my way of expressing my opinion about today's game between the Lankans and the English. I am still unable to understand how on earth Sanga could have lost the game. With all the match winners at his disposal, today's game was expected to be a cake walk . But all credits to the English. They bowled beautifully at the beginning and did not allow the Lankans to get away. The English middle order looked good today and now English are perched at the top of the points table in their group. The competition is wide open and I am sure that Kiwis will claw their way back in the next game and make the CT even more exciting.
Now for some good stuff.......
Recently , I read an article about a group of doctors from Chennai & Coimbatore who registered the first successful treatment of Thalassaemia in a child using a sibling's umbilical cord blood . Stem cells extracted from the cord blood of the healthy child were transplanted into the patient. After the observation period of 5 months , the doctors reported that the patient was completely cured.
It was an expensive operation and lot of NGOs and philanthrophists made kind donations and made the impossible happen. Credit to all of them. They all have taught us the lesson that human life is precious and we should always strive to save it.
Three Cheers to the team of doctors who made it possible. Our scriptures extol them as Vaidhyo Narayano Hari . They prooved the scriptures right. Way to go Docs.........
Will be back
Krishna
